DEIJ & Liberation Group Sessions

Our team at Jenny Medrano Coaching specializes in a style of community development that builds off of the idea that humans can experience both individual and collective liberation. This style is used to create and customize group sessions that integrate collective healing, creativity, learning and strategizing.

We are dedicated to supporting communities in challenging performance paradigms that lead to exhaustion and exploitation, and then forming new postures, cultures and paradigms of liberated service back to the collective.

Jenny Medrano Coaching offers the following types of Group Sessions:

  • Collective Liberation (e.g. Uprooting White Supremacy Culture and Decolonization, Liberation through Creativity, 4 I's of Oppression and Liberation, Team-Building, and more)

  • Somatic Healing and Racial Battle Fatigue

  • BIPOC Healing and Liberation

  • DEIJ Facilitation Training

  • Strategic Planning for Inclusive Cultures

  • Visioning a Liberated Future (Vision Mapping exercise for individual and group visions)

  • Decolonization and Uprooting White Supremacy

Each Session can stand alone as a 2 or
